Every detail of this custom renovation was thoughtfully planned to create zones for relaxation, recreation, and gathering. A stylish bar area with custom cabinetry, elegant finishes, and comfortable seating now serves as the perfect hub for hosting family and friends. Nearby, the cozy seating lounge offers a welcoming place to unwind, while the dedicated theatre area creates a true at-home movie night experience.

For fun and activity, the new gaming area gives everyone a place to play, and the private gym space makes it easy to stay active without ever leaving home. Completing the lower level is a beautifully designed powder room, adding convenience and polish to the finished space.
