Mick Giannone

CO-OWNER & GENERAL MANAGER

A fourth-generation carpenter, Mick founded Meridian Construction in 1989. He enjoys working with the field carpenters, teaching and mentoring them into qualified craftsmen. He is a member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry and Remodeler’s Advantage Roundtables. When he isn’t at the office, Mick enjoys antiquing and fishing.

Larry Giannone, CR

CO-OWNER & PROJECT DEVELOPER

Larry started working at Meridian with his brother Mick when he was a teenager, over 30 years ago. What he enjoys most is seeing how well everyone at Meridian works together as a team focused on customer satisfaction. Larry is a Certified Remodeler with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, as well as a long-standing member of both the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and Remodeler’s Advantage Roundtables. In his free time, Larry can be found boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.

Gail

BOOKKEEPER

Gail’s favorite part about working at Meridian is that she gets to see her sons, Mick and Larry. She said working gives her purpose, and her coworkers make her smile. She has been bookkeeping for about 25 years. When she isn’t working, Gail can be found doing her needlework or gardening.

Austin

ESTIMATOR

Austin is an invaluable asset to the Meridian team. His favorite part of the job is solving “unsolvable” problems. He has worked in the construction industry for about 15 years and has been an integral part of Meridian for 10 years. Austin is certified with: National Occupational Competency Testing Institute, ISO 9001, OSHA General Industry Safety, and Certified Interior Designer by the New York Institute of Art and Design. On the rare occasions Austin isn’t at work, he is working on cars or spending time with his puppies.

Justin

PROJECT MANAGER

A valued member of the Meridian Team since 2018, Justin was promoted to Project Manager in January 2023. A NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager, Justin loves his job—he enjoys seeing a space transform from beginning to end, overcoming challenges, and working with his friends. Having been in carpentry since he was only twelve, Justin brings experience, attention to detail and creative problem solving into everything he does here at Meridian. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, art, wood burning, and spending time with his two children.

Dave

CARPENTER

Dave’s favorite thing about working at Meridian is he gets to work with good people, and he becomes close friends with his coworkers. Dave has been in this field for almost 50 years, having built many of the homes in the Bucks/Mont area in the 1970-1990’s. Dave enjoys vintage motorcycles, bowling, fishing, and following drag racing.

MiKayla

DESIGNER

Mikayla was introduced to the world of design at a young age. Joining her contractor father at work, she learned early the magic in design. Believing a person’s home is the best reflection of who they are, she enjoys being able to give her clients a space that is comfortable and represents them. Outside of design, you can find her rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, biking or almost anything else outdoors! Mikayla is a graduate of the University of New Haven with a BFA in Interior Design.

Holly

PROJECT DEVELOPER

Holly’s love for art, interior design, and architecture allows her to bring creativity and craftsmanship to every project. Growing up with a father who worked as a carpenter, she developed an early appreciation for building, problem-solving, and working with her hands. That foundation sparked a love for thoughtful design and hands-on collaboration that continues today. As a designer in the design-build industry, Holly loves collaborating with clients, blending creativity with practical expertise to transform ideas into functional, beautiful spaces that feel both personal and purposeful. Outside of design, you can find her at the gym, hiking, reading, painting, or diving into her own creative projects! Holly is a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Architecture and holds a Master’s in Project Management from Penn State University.

Maria

OFFICE MANAGER

Maria brings more than six years of office management experience to Meridian Construction, where she handles customer service, office operations, employee support, and accounting and finance. She works closely with clients and teammates to answer questions, keep details organized, and make sure people have what they need. Her attention to detail and knack for improving processes help keep the office running smoothly. Always willing to lend a hand, Maria is someone our team can count on, and we’re grateful for the hard work and care she brings to Meridian.

Outside the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her son, cheering on Philly sports teams, and listening to music.
